Had a lovely weekend in sunny scarborough, Nice Bed and breakfast, rooms, good size, nice shower, fridge in the room, Breakfast very nice , pre order night before. Parking was cheap , we parked right outside 80 for two days. Nice that Its dog friendly also. Lovely views , and good walk in to town and back.
"The perfect Bay!"
Very welcoming, clean, quiet and excellently located B&B with Linda as a very flexible host! I needed to have breakfast earlier than scheduled and Linda accomodated me-the fresh strawberries & blueberries were delicious. It's right on the escarpment so the 8 minute walk into Scarbourough is magnificent. And if you lose your earring Linda will post it back-much appreciated! And for this level of service it is very reasonably priced! I have already booked my next trip.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my brother and my dog. Accomodated our late check in. Very helpful as we drove 3 hours! Well worth it. Lovely guest house. Dog friendly!! Lovely friendly helpful and professional owner and staff. Delicious breakfast and very good service. Situated perfectly to access the beach. Overall a great stay.

"Scarborough Hidden Gem!"
We have just returned fro a long weekend at the Bay House. We arrived on the Friday were greeted by the Linda and were made to welcome. We were shown to our room room 5 which all I we can say is WOW!.
The room is tastefully decorated the double sofa and large TV with freeveiw were perfect the large 4 poster bed was so comfortable we could not ask for more. There was plenty of tea and coffee on hand not like some places we have stayed. The room is big and the sea view was great. We were given our breakfast menu and straight away my partner ticked the salmon and scrambled egg with a bagel I went for the full English. The Saturday morning we went down for breakfast and was greeted by Linda who was cooking the Breakfast. The coffee was fresh when the breakfast came all we can say is you had bee be hungry the scramble egg was perfect and the salmon and bagel topped with cream cheese was perfect my full English was filling the plate and the bacon & sausage was cooked perfect. This was the case also on the Sunday Morning to. We headed out for the day in to Scarborough the location of the Hotel is ideal 10 min walk onto the front .
We could go on but all I we can say is lovey place great host and a gem. If want to go for relaxing couple of day Go to The Bay House you will not be disappointed.

"The best B&B in Scarborough...ever!"
This was our 2nd visit to the Bay House, we first stayed here last year as we very luckily found it online, after previously staying in some very "dodgy" accommodation for a very premium rate!!!!! The Bay House is a beautiful Victorian building that is tastefully decorated throughout.....we stayed in room 5 and our teenagers were in room 1. Linda and Anita are perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they are so helpful and friendly, offering hints and tips/ideas of where to eat, go etc... The range of breakfasts on offer are vast from cereal, fruit, yoghurts through to a full English breakfast with really good quality produce used.....their bacon and sausage are to die for!!!!! The icing on the cake for us is the fact that the Bay House is dog friendly....our lickle pooch Alf loves it there and is thoroughly spoilt by Linda & Anita!! Having dogs there does not affect the standards or cleanliness in any way!!!!
I would have no hesitation to recommend this fabulous place to any of my friends or to anyone who wants a dog friendly holiday in a wonderful warm friendly environment. We arrived last year as guests and left as friends!!!!!
Definitely 5 out of 5!!!!!!

"Rotary Conference Weekend"
Unable to get our usual hotel we managed to book Bay House for our party of 16. We had a warm welcome from Linda who runs the house and settled in the rooms which everybody thought were excellent value for the cost. All praised the clean and comfortable rooms, indeed spotless according to our ladies.
